Remember, you should be floating above the reef!"cant say that i agree with the instructor. because after u are down underwater, your air tank gets lighter and lighter as u breathe in the air. so if u're a big "drinker" of air, u'll most probably find urself above others much earlier b4 the dive is over. do u know that how bad is it to struggle to go back to the depth of ur buddies? its not as though that you are running out of air. its juz that the tank is slightly more empty than your friends! oh ya, and what u think is "not expensive" may be "expensive" to others..
PS to James : if you're reading this, sorry if its offending, but i'm a person who must really speak my mind.. side note, and my instructor did told me how to sink. to quote you, "unfortunately they have either forgotten what their instructor told them, or weren't told".. i think its quite offending good instructors around the world..
